  • 1 tablespoon raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 –5 cucumber slices thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger or 2–3 ginger slices
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon chia seeds or a pinch of cinnamon for added benefits
  • Optional: 3–4 mint leaves for freshness

Instructions
 

  • In a large jar or pitcher, combine the cold filtered water with the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice.
  • Add the cucumber slices and freshly grated ginger to the mixture.
  • Stir the ingredients gently using a spoon until well mixed.
  • Add optional ingredients like chia seeds, cinnamon, or mint for added flavor and function.
  • Let the drink sit for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
  • Serve chilled. Stir before serving to redistribute ingredients.
  • Drink on an empty stomach in the morning or 30 minutes before meals.

Always use raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar to ensure probiotic and enzymatic benefits.
