Leftover Ham and Cheese Quiche

A cheesy and savory quiche with leftover ham and a simple crust. Easy to make and enjoy any time.😊

Ingredients: 1 9-inch pie crust, unbaked 2 cups chopped cooked ham 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese  4 egg  1 1/2 cups milk  1/4 teaspoon salt  1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Sprinkle ham and cheese evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.

In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg and parsley.

 Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden and set in the center.

Let the quiche rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!😋
