Raspberry Smoothie – young coconut, raspberries, soft dates, and homemade coconut milk create a heavenly, nutritious blend.

Ingredients

Flesh of a really young coconut with its water or 1 banana
2-3 handfuls of raspberries
4 pitted soft dates
A bit of homemade coconut milk

Preparation

Simply place all ingredients in a blender and blend away until smooth!
