Healthy Chocolate Smoothie | Love Chocolate Smoothie

Chocolate Smoothie – an effortlessly cool and creamy delight that satisfies chocolate cravings, pleasing your taste buds.

Prep time: 5-10 mins
Serves: 1-2 persons

Ingredients

3 bananas
2 extra chopped frozen banana
4-5 pitted soft dates
1 tbsp of raw cacao powder
1⁄2 tbsp of raw carob powder
1/8 tsp of vanilla bourbon powder
1⁄4 tsp of cinnamon powder
1⁄2 tsp of reishi powder
1⁄2 tsp of chaga powder
coconut water or just water to turn

Preparation

Simply place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!

Tips

This smoothie can be made in advance and stay fresh for few hours if you would like to take it to work, school or on a trip. Keep it in a closed jar in a cool place for that purpose.

This smoothie is rich and can be a meal to itself.

This smoothie can have young coconut flesh instead of banana.
