1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions:

In a small pan, combine all the ingredients.

Heat the mixture gently for a few minutes until the sugar dissolves. Use a whisk to ensure that the powders are mixed in well.

Then, cover the jar with the mixture after pouring it inside.

Allow it to cool, and then store it in the fridge.

The sauce can be kept in the fridge for up to 3-4 weeks.

Notes:

You can store the sauce in the freezer for up to 1 months.
If you prefer, you can use fresh minced garlic instead of garlic powder, especially if you’re making a small batch to keep for a week or so. This is to avoid any potential issues with listeria.
