For Garnish (optional):

Paprika

Instructions:

Build up to a boil in a big pot of salted water.

Al dente, as directed on the packet, add the elbow macaroni and cook.

To stop the macaroni from cooking further, drain it and give it a quick rinse under cold water. Set aside to cool.

Mix the mayonnaise, sugar, salt, black pepper, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar thoroughly in a small bowl. If needed, adjust the seasoning to taste.
