Ingredients:

1 ½ pounds tomatoes, finely diced
1 can corn, drained
1 can rinsed and drained, black beans or kidney beans
3 tablespoons finely diced red onion
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon finely diced Sonora pepper (adjust based on desired heat level)
